Jeffrey Keith Holbrook, 68 of Ermine, passed away Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at his residence. Jeffrey was the son of the late Edwin P. and Lucille Stidham Holbrook. He was the widower of Sheilah Haynes Holbrook. Surviving is 1 daughter: Maleena Cates of Whitesburg; 1 son: Jarrod Holbrook of Lexington; 2 brothers: Eddie Holbrook and Chester Holbrook both of Somerset; 1 sister: Linda Ann Browning of Florida; 4 grandchildren: Briana Madden, Chase Cates, Dylon Cates and Tia Sturgill; 10 great grandchildren. Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Sunday, December 28, 2025 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Carl Sparks officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Saturday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Haven of Rest Cemetery at Mayking, Kentucky.
