Jessie Frazier, 89, of Premium passed away Saturday, September 30, 2023 at the Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville KY. Jessie is the son of the late Moses and Malvia Blair Frazier. Surviving is his wife: Wilma S Brown; 1 daughter: Ramona Slawikowski of Indiana; 2 grandchildren: Jessica Burnett and Allen Slawikowski; 4 great grandchildren: Anthony Slawikowski, Ataya Slawikowski, Isabella Burnett, Dale Burnett. He is preceded in death by 2 sisters: Vera Mae Hamilton and Lydia Banks; 1 brother: Van Frazier. Funeral 12:00 P.M. Friday, October 6 2023 at the Letcher Funeral Home chapel with Randy Newsome officiating. Visitation 11:00 A.M. Friday, October 6, 2023 at the Letcher Funeral Home chapel. Burial will follow in the Frazier Cemetery at Premium Ky.
