Joe Combs, 73, of Isom passed away Saturday, March 28, 2020 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Joe was the son of the late Orbin and Millie Stamper Combs. Surviving are his wife: Verna Kay Bailey Combs; 1 daughter: Nashae Combs of Isom; 2 brothers: Burnett Combs of Isom and Gene Combs of Isom; 2 sisters: Geraldine Nease of Isom and Aerolene Morgerson of Lexington. Joe was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Truman and Clemon. Funeral services will be private.
