Joseph Ray Back

Joseph Ray Back, 59 of Blackey, passed away Monday, October 30, 2023, at the Pikeville Medical Center. Joe was the son of the late Ray and Beulah Mullins Back. Surviving is his wife: Lia LaBreche Back; 1 son: Mathew Back (Hannah Hall) of Hazard; dear cousins: Violet and Bernard Watts and sons: John and Neil Watts along with a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. Funeral 1:00 O'clock P.M. Saturday, November 4, 2023, at the Whitesburg First Baptist Church with Chris Hall and Mitchell Lockhard officiating. Visitation 6:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M. Friday, November 3, 2023, at the Whitesburg First Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Dixon Cemetery at Elk Creek, Kentucky.
