Joseph Plourde Obituary

Joseph Plourde, 62 of Hernando, FL, passed away Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at his residence. Joseph was the son of Jannett Bedard Ball of Florida. Surviving other than his mother are 2 sons: Isaac Blackburn of Homer, MI and Ricky (Brooke) Hall of Shepherdsville; 5 daughters: Grace Olivia Plourde of Thealka, Lydia (Shane) Hall of Muhlenberg, KY, Sarah Hall (Greg Ratliff) of Paintsville, Rachel (Troy) Jude of Paintsville, and Hope Hamilton Bartrum of Paintsville; several brothers and sisters; 9 grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and other relatives to mourn his passing. Joseph was preceded in death by his father: Gordon Ball Sr; sister: Cheryl Rogers; and mother-in-law: Dina Newsome Hamilton. Funeral: 11:00 AM Monday, November 29, 2021 at the Samaria Old Regular Baptist Church. Visitation starts 5:00 PM Saturday at the church. Burial will follow in the Newsome and Newsome Cemetery at Virgie, Ky.
