Joyce (Caudill) Vermillion

Joyce Vermillion, 76 of Whitesburg, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loved ones on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. Joyce was the daughter of the late James Albert and Nora Sturgill Caudill. She was the widow of James Monroe Miles. Surviving is 3 sons: Edward Sexton of Whitesburg, Vernus Miles of Alabama and Avery Miles of Whitesburg; 1 daughter: Anora West of Premium; 1 brother: Johnny Caudill of Michigan; 9 grandchildren: Dustin, Darhla, Angel, Toni, James, Latasha, Amber and Sarah; 12 great grandchildren. Joyce was preceded in death by 1 daughter: Tamera Sexton; 1 grandchild: Allen. Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
