Kristi Dawn (Collins) Creech

Kristi Dawn Collins Creech, of Whitesburg, Ky., passed away to her heavenly home on Monday, April 13, 2026 being 49 years of age. She was born on September 18, 1976 at Whitesburg Regional Hospital being the second youngest daughter of the late Jack Randall Collins and Beulah Mae Collins of Ermine, Ky. She was preceded in death by one brother: James Randall Collins. Surviving are her two sons: Kaleb Anthony Creech of Whitesburg, Ky., Dylan Wayne Creech of Whitesburg, Ky. and one daughter: Kaylan Destiny McIntyre of Whitesburg; four sisters: Monica Michelle Adams of Ky., Tonia Lynn Collins of Lexington, Ky., Peggy Sue Collins of Pikeville, Ky. and Melissa Kay Baker-Vanderpool of Floyd, Co. Ky. along with a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. Funeral: 2:00 O'clock P.M. Friday, April 17, 2026 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Frank Adams officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Thursday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Stallard Cemetery at Ermine, Kentucky.
