Larry Adams, 72 of Mayking, passed away Monday, May 15, 2023 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. Larry was the son of the late Grant and Corine Spangler Adams. Surviving is his wife: Betty Collins Adams; 2 daughters: Lori (Paul) Stambaugh of McRoberts and Deb (Fairless) Collins of Jeremiah; 1 son: Matthew (Wanda) Morton of Bean Station, Tennessee; 1 sister: Linda Gallion of Florida; 8 grandchildren along with a host of great grandchildren and other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. Larry was preceded in death by 1 son: Randy; 3 brothers: Lloyd, Charlie and Bennie. Funeral: 11:00 O'clock A.M. Thursday, May 18, 2023 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Bill Craft and Frank Adams officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Wednesday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Green Acres Cemetery at Ermine, Kentucky.
