Lester Tindle, 77, of Cowan passed away Saturday, June 6, 2026 at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. Lester is the son of the late Truman and Fastoria Blair Tindle. Surviving is his wife Alma Fields Tindle; 1 sister: Pricie (Dan) Rogan of Lockport Illinois. Lester was preceded in death by 1 brother: Tommy Tindle. Funeral services for Lester will be held on Monday, June 8, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with John Conn officiating. Visitation will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, June 8, 2026 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Kingdom Come Cemetery.
