Lorraine (Miles) Stewart

Lorraine Stewart, 78 of Whitesburg, passed away Tuesday, June 9, 2026. Lorraine was the daughter of the late Sam and Captolia Pack Miles. Lorraine was preceded in death by 3 husbands. The first being John Hopkins. The second being James "Buddy/Bad eye" Day. And the third being Guy Stewart. Besides her 3 husbands, she was also preceded in death by her father, Sam Miles. Mother, Captolia Pack-Miles. One brother, Sherrel Miles. 3 sisters, Helen Richardson, Carolyn Faye Campbell, & Betty Trent. Lorraine is survived by her sister Zelma Lou Banks of Cowan. Son, John (Misti) Hopkins of Cowan. Daughter, Amanda Stewart of Whitesburg. Granddaughters Morgan Hopkins of Whitesburg, and Jordyn & Addyson Bolling also of Whitesburg, along with a host of step children, step-grandchildren, former foster children, nieces, nephews, and cousins to mourn her passing. Celebration of Life: 12:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. Friday, June 12, 2026 at the Kings Chapel Church.
