Lou Ann Galloway, 67 of Linefork, passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. Lou Ann was the daughter of Essie Galloway. Surviving is her companion: Daniel Ingram of Linefork; 2 sons: Michael Ingram and Christopher Ingram both of Linefork; 1 grandchild: Zaden Johnson; brother in laws: David (Denise) Ingram and Randy Ingram; good friends: Bonnie Ingram, Jenny Brown, Judy Sweet, Thelma Smith, Delamae Galloway, and Don Galloway along with a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. Lou Ann was a loving mother who fearlessly protected her two boys since the day they were born. She took her example from Effie her mother who raised Lou Ann alone and worked for people like Deet and Jack Cope. She provided for Lou Ann. Lou Ann like her mother lived for her children. Funeral 2:00 O'clock P.M. Monday, June, 24, 2024, at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Glenn Cornett and Mary Katherine Bennett officiating. Visitation 11:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M. Monday, June 24, 2024, at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Ingram Cemetery at Linefork, Kentucky.
