Louise Boggs Obituary

Louise Boggs, 69 of Eolia, passed away Sunday, July 14, 2024, at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. Louise was the daughter of the late Denver and Lola Bell Hubbard Sturgill. Our beloved mother was a pillar of love and strength in our family. She peacefully departed this world on July 14, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. Leaving behind cherished memories and an irreplaceable void. She had an unwavering love for cooking! Her passion in the kitchen brought joy to everyone around her as she shared recipes from generations past and enjoyed looking for new ones to try! Family meant everything to our mom; it was what gave meaning and purpose to her life. She cherished spending time with each one of us individually or together as a whole family-whether it be through holidays, or just simple gatherings. Her faith in God was a guiding light, providing strength and hope throughout life's journey and the assurance that we are never alone. Her kindness knew no bounds; she would go out of her way without hesitation if someone needed help or support during difficult times. She was a friend to all and always welcomed anyone with open arms. We will miss her dearly but her legacy lives on within all those whose hearts she touched throughout her lifetime. Her memory will forever remain etched in our minds as we continue living life guided by the values instilled upon us by such an amazing woman that God blessed us to call Mom.
