Lovell Collins

Lovell Collins, 72 of Little Colley, passed away Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at the Letcher Manor Nursing Home. Lovell was the son of the late Wesley James Collins Sr. and Corine Collins. He was the widower of Thelmaine Collins. Surviving is 5 children: Bessie Lynn Ritchie (Odis), Corine Faye Frazier (Greg Bentley), Lovell Collins Jr. (Martha), Polly Jean Hampton (Edward) and Anthony Neil Collins (Martha); brothers: Oscar Collins, Wesley Jr. Collins, Johnny Collins, John Morton, Charles Morton and Christopher Morton; sisters: Rose Pugh, Christine Costa, Evelyn Smith, Judy Collins, Banzel Pugh and Tina Sexton; grandchildren: Alex Aaron O'Neil Richie, Kadin Miquel Nekko Kamar Ritchie, Jasmine Sexton (Corey), Aubrey Collins, Isaiah Anthony Neil Collins, Logan Lee Neil Collins and Austin Parker Neil Collins (AKA-Munster); 1 great grandchild: Violet Faye Sexton. Lovell was preceded in death by his stepmother: Polly Jane Collins; 3 brothers: Russell Collins, Freddie Collins, Kerns Collins and Sonny Collins; 3 sisters: Effie Mae Pugh, Doris Ritchie and Donna Collins. Funeral: 11:00 O'clock A.M. Saturday, June 7, 2025 at the Redfox Pentecostal Church with Oscar Collins and Donnie Wallen officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Thursday and All Day Friday at the Redfox Pentecostal Church. Burial will follow in the Family Cemetery at Isom, Kentucky.
