Marvilene Quillen

Marvilene Webb Smith Quillen, age 81 of Millstone, Ky, died October 24, 2024 at her son's home in London, Ky. Born March 19, 1943, Marv was the third of five children of Marvin Webb and Grace Webb McElroy of Millstone, Ky. She lived the majority of her life in Letcher county spending her time as a homemaker and active member of the Neon First Church of God. Possessing a true servants heart, Marv was a beacon of unwavering faith in God and always placed others before herself, unselfish to a fault. She was survived by 2 children: Robert (Kelli) Smith of London and Emily (Derek) Meade of Neon; 1 sister: Mary (David) Blank of London; 7 grandchildren: Hayley (James) Gaines, Destinee Sammons, Kaydence Smith, Mylee Miller, Blayze Smith, Blayde Smith, and Ethan Hogg. Marv was preceded in death by her first husband: Robert Smith Jr; second husband: Sylvester Quillen. Funeral: 2:00 PM Sunday October 27, 2024 at the Neon First Church of God with Mark Wagoner officiating. Visitation: 1:00-2:00 PM Sunday at the Neon First Church of God.
