Obituary
Millard Lucas Jr., 91 of Isom, passed away Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at his residence. Millard was the son of the late Millard and Fannie Goins Lucas. Surviving is 2 daughters: Tammy (Joey) Cook of Dry Fork, and Nina (Raymond) Dzierzek of Isom; 10 grandchildren: Tereana Pike, Dustin Dzierzek, Ashley Timico, Tawny Dzierzek, Steven Cook, Ryan Cook, Justin Lucas, Dixie Lynn, Chelsie Thompson, and Lindsay Lucas along with a host of great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews that he loved dearly, and other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. Millard was preceded in death by 1 son: Terry Lucas; 3 brothers: Delmer, Walter, and Bennett; 4 sisters: Verna Gross, Susan Kiser, Martha Phillips, and Frona Stidham; 1 grandchild: Zachariah. Funeral 1:00 O'clock P.M. Sunday, March 12, 2023, at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Glen Gross officiating. Visitation 6:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M. Saturday, March 11, 2023 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Lucas Family Cemetery at Pistol City, Kentucky.
