Nancy Collins Obituary

Nancy Ann Maggard Collins, born July 9, 1928 to the late Jersie Randall and Lydia Collins Maggard passed away Saturday, November 20, 2021 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center.

She was a member of the Blair Branch Church, a member of the Whitesburg VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post 5829. also a life member of the Hester Chapter 54 of the Eastern Star.

She is survived by 1 son: Marty Dean Collins and Mary Janet; 1 granddaughter: Kristie and Aaron Profitt; a very special great granddaughter: Arrianna Profitt; 1 sister-in-law: Peggy Maggard Isom; 1 brother-in-law: Tandy Adams of Connersville, Indiana.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Denver Collins; siblings: Ernest Maggard, Irene Maggard, Ruth Rolland, Herb and Eulah Maggard, Roberta and Earnest Maggard, Jessie Randall Jr. Maggard, Bill and Eva Maggard, Mary Rose Maggard Adams, Iva Lou Maggard Franklin, Viola Caudill and Jim Maggard. Nancy will be missed by her family, friends and neighbors.

Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Monday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Randall Maggard Cemetery at Isom, Kentucky.
