Nathan Tyler “Jumbo” Sturgill of Haymond, entered eternal life June 7, 2022 at Pikeville Medical Center. He was born March 7, 1992 being here on God's great world 30 years and 3 months at the time of his passing. Nathan was a hard worker at his job, but liked to kick back and relax at home. He loved to eat and didn't care to pay $50.00 for a good steak and go all the way to Tennessee or South Carolina for a good meal. He was a Christian member of the Millstone Missionary Baptist Church. He was happy when he had money and was happy when he was broke. Nathan is survived by his parents; Scotty and Kim Sturgill; 1 brother: Steven (Brittney) Sturgill; 1 sister: Kandace Sturgill; grandparents: Windell and Darcus Austin; 2 nieces: Aubrey and Olivia Sturgill; 1 nephew: Elijah Sturgill along with an abundance of family and special friends Tanner Warf of Thornton and Austin Holbrook of Payne Gap. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: James and Dorkis Sturgill; great grandparents: Ernest and Ivalene Austin. Funeral: 12:00 O'clock Noon Friday, June 10, 2022 at the Millstone Missionary Baptist Church with Bill Craft officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Thursday at the Millstone Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Haven of Rest Cemetery at Mayking, Kentucky.
