Nellie (Eldridge) Slone

Nellie Slone, 82 of Jeremiah, passed away Friday, February 7, 2025 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Nellie was the daughter of the late Dishman and Sally Couch Eldridge. She was the widow of Alvin Slone. Surviving is 2 daughters: Fayetta Keel of Millstone and Lora Quillen of Roxana; 1 son: Jason Slone of Jeremiah; 1 brother: Grant Eldridge of Jeremiah; 1 sister: Maxie Hampton of Blackey; 10 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren. Nellie was preceded in death by 1 daughter: Ollie Adams; 1 son: Alvin Slone. Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Monday, February 10, 2025 at the Blackey Pentecostal Church with Bruce Eldridge officiating. Visitation: 12:00 Noon Sunday at the Blackey Pentecostal Church. Burial will follow in the Whitaker Cemetery at Jeremiah, Kentucky.
