Nelline Frazier, 76, of Premium passed away Monday, January 25, 2021 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Nelline was the daughter of the late George and Bessie Smith. Surviving is 1 son: Steve Allen Frazier; 2 daughters: Brenda Kaye Frazier, and Arlene Ross; 1 brother: Raymond Smith; 4 sisters: Lorine Parsons, Maxine Parsons, Christine Shepherd, and Myrtlene Little; 1 grandchild: Jessica Ann Stamps; 3 great grandchildren: Colton Bryant Stamps, Addison Claire Stamps, and Gracie Lynn Frazier Shipman along with a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. Funeral 1:00 O'clock P.M. Saturday, January 30, 2021 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Jamie Reynolds officiating. Visitation 12:00 O'clock noon Saturday, January 30, 2021 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Frazier Cemetery at Premium, Ky.
