Norma Jean (Perry) Gibson

Norma Jean Gibson, 48 of Whitesburg, passed away Thursday, March 7, 2024, at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. Norma was the daughter of the late Darrell and Alice May Gibson Perry. Surviving is her husband Emmitt Gibson; 3 sons: Mike Sexton, Draiden Ritchie, and Johnny Lee Gibson; 4 daughters: Allyson Danielle Sexton, Luetta Heiston, Katie Ross, and Danielle Gibson; 2 brothers: Darrell Perry Jr. and Derrick Perry; 2 sisters: Alice Hughes and Missy Orender; 13 grandchildren: Bentley, Braden, Jayden, Santana, Konnor, Luis, Hunter, Lisa Ann, Haisley, Darrellyne, Mayson, Darlene, and Presliee along with a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. Norma was preceded in death by 1 brother: Eugene Orender. Funeral 1:00 O'clock P.M. Saturday, March 9, 2024, at the Calvary Temple Church with Conard Profitt officiating. Visitation 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. Saturday, March 9, 2024, at the Calvary Temple Church. Burial will follow in the Family Cemetery at Crafts Colley, Kentucky.
