Paul Wayne Collins II, 48 of Isom, passed away Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. Wayne was the son of Paul Wayne Collins and Debra Gibson. Surviving other than his parents are a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. Funeral 2:00 O'clock P.M. Friday, November 3, 2023, at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation 1:00 P.M. - 2:00 P.M. Friday, November 3, 2023, at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery at Whitesburg, Kentucky.
