Phillip Adams Obituary

Phillip Adams, 59, passed away on October 13, 2021, at the Continue Care Hospital in Corbin, KY. He was born in Letcher County Kentucky on April 6, 1962, to Marietta Spangler of Dayton, Ohio. and the late Vorice Gene Adams.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his son, Jackson Bryant Adams of Glendale, Ca; three brothers: Jeffery Adams of Premium, KY, Bobbie Adams of Colson, KY, and Travis Adams of Ermine, KY; three sisters: Jennifer Griffith of Englewood, Ohio Danita Dalcin of Lawrenceburg, KY, and Teresa Caudill of Kingdom Come, KY: numerous nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.

Phillip was preceded in death by his brother, Barry Adams.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
