Phyllis Ann (Adams) King

Phyllis Ann King, 82 of Jeremiah, passed away Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. Phyllis was the daughter of the late Charlie and Rilda Adams. Surviving is 3 daughters: Ruanda Gail Cook of Whitesburg, Margaretta Ann King of Jeremiah and Sarah Rene Cook (Darrick) of Jeremiah; 6 grandchildren: Darrick Keith Cook, Brittany Dawn Cook, Bobbi Reana Brooks (Paul), Tanner Ray Cook, Tanton Alan Cook (Dharma) and Brooke LeeAnn King; 8 great grandchildren: Clayton, Cadon, Lona Heidi, Joslyn, Ollianna, Carson and Blaire. Phyllis was preceded in death by 1 great grandchild: Payton; 2 sisters: Ivan Gay Frazier and Wanda Lee Hensley. Funeral: 2:00 O'clock P.M. Sunday, February 1, 2026 at the Blair Branch Church with Dock Frazier, Elwood Cornett and Roy Slone officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Saturday at the Blair Branch Church. Burial will follow in the Adams Cemetery at Jeremiah, Kentucky.
