Raymond Jent

Raymond Jent, 78 of Blackey, passed away Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at his residence. Raymond was the son of the late Tommy and Belle Bailey Jent. Surviving is his wife: Verna Caudill Jent; 2 sons: Carlos (Samantha) Jent of Winchester and Benjamin (Robin) Jent of Blackey; 1 daughter: Darlene Jent of Blackey; 1 brother: Crit Jent of Michigan; 2 sisters: Alice Combs of Knott County and Josie Ison of Ohio; 5 grandchildren: Nikki (Justin) Caudill, Nathan Jent, Teri (Joe) Lofong, Andrew Jent and Marissa Jent; 5 great grandchildren: Conner Lafong, Adrina Lafong, Skyler Jent, Courtlynn Jent and Sailor Jent. Funeral: 2:00 O'clock P.M. Saturday, October 11, 2025 at the Mt. Olivet Old Regular Baptist Church. Visitation: 12:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M. Saturday at the Mt. Olivet Old Regular Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Caudill Cemetery at Redstar, Kentucky.
