Obituary

Raymond Floyd Owsley, 63, passed away Monday, May 1, 2023 at Parkers Lake, Kentucky. Raymond was the son of the late Sheldon and Geneva Sturgill Owsley. Surviving is 1 brother: David (Joan) Owsley of Redfox; 1 sister: Charlene (Jessie) Hollifield of Fisty along with a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. Raymond was preceded in death by 1 brother: Dale Owsley. Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Friday, August 18, 2023 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Buford Combs and Marcus Combs officiating. Visitation: 11:00 A.M. Friday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Beech Creek Cemetery at Emmalena, Kentucky.
