Reba Dunn, 72 of Premium, passed away Friday, May 8, 2020 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. Reba was the daughter of the late Ben and Edith Smith Ratliff. She was the widow of Mervin Dunn. Surviving is 3 daughters: Teresa (Mike) Blair of Letcher, Paula (Allen) Day of Premium, and Melissa (Ray) Eldridge of Hallie; 7 grandchildren: Holly, Wendy, Kendra, Michael, Allen, Austin, and Jonathan; 3 great grandchildren: Madison, Amelia, and Layla; 3 brothers: Larry Ratliff, Paul Ratliff, and Dennis Ratliff; 1 sister: Kaye Banks. Reba was preceded in death by 1 son: Ronald Dunn; 8 brothers and sisters. Private Services.
