Renee (Halcomb) Smith

Renee Smith, 56 of Carcassonne, passed away Saturday, February 8, 2025 at her residence. Renee was the daughter of the late James "Jake" and Wilma Jean Whitaker Halcomb. Surviving is her husband: Christopher Smith; 2 sons: Bart Smith and Chris Smith both of Carcassonne; 1 daughter: Rachel Lynn Smith of Carcassonne; 1 sister: Jamie Collier of Hallie; grandchildren: Nevaeh Phillips, Raymond Charles Rucker-Smith, Danni Renee Rucker-Smith and Isabella Faith Sexton. Renee was preceded in death by a son: James Curtis Smith. Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at the Little Bull Creek Church with Allen Fugate, Earl Combs, Rulah Whitaker, Wallace Bolling and David Jent officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Monday at the Little Bull Creek Church. Burial will follow in the Smith Family Cemetery at Carcassonne, Kentucky.
