Robert Lynn Dixon

Robert Lynn Dixon, 65 of Whitesburg, passed away Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard, Kentucky. Robert was the son of the late Willie and Edna Herron Dixon. Surviving is his forever love: Wanda Dixon; 4 daughters: Stephanie Amburgey (Patrick), Tanaya Jones, Jamie Jones (Richard) and Renee Brown; 2 brothers: Vernon Dixon (Lois) and Charlie Dixon (Linda); 1 sister: Louise King; 6 grandchildren: Leeland Jones, Sammy Jones, Marshall Wyatt, Keaston Wyatt, Gabriel Pramoulmetar and Baili Pramoulmetar; 1 great grandchild: Sophia Wyatt; special friend: William Caudill along with a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. Robert was preceded in death by 1 daughter: Tiffany Lynn Dixon; 5 brothers: Richard Dixon, Jerry Dixon, Willis Dixon, Willie Dixon Jr. and Clyde Dixon; brother-in-law: Earl King. Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Sunday, October 22, 2023 at the Calvary Temple Church with Conard Profitt and Jabo Miles officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Friday and 6:00 P.M. Saturday at the Calvary Temple Church. Burial will follow in the Caudill Cemetery at Little Cowan, Kentucky.
