Robert "Bobby" Allen Mullins, age 70, of McRoberts, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on February 21, 2026. He was born on May 20, 1955.
Bobby was a man who was deeply loved by everyone who knew him. He lived life to the fullest and found his greatest joy in spending time with his family. He loved his children and grandchildren with all his heart and treasured every moment with them. Bobby enjoyed singing along and dancing to his favorite music, hosting cookouts, attending family gatherings, and spending time in the hills digging ginseng. He was also a devoted and loving uncle and friend to many.
He is survived by his children: son Del Meeks and wife Judy Meeks; daughters Kim Johnson, Flo Coleman and April Sexton and husband Johnny Sexton, all of McRoberts. He is also survived by one brother, Dempsey Mullins Jr. and wife Shirley Mullins.
Bobby leaves behind his beloved grandchildren: Casey Fries and husband Robert Fries of McRoberts; Holly Mullins and husband Cody Mullins of Whitesburg; Amber Caudill and fiancee Bryan Johnson, Destiny Caudill, Nevaeh Sergent, Brandon Johnson, and Derek Johnson; as well as 17 cherished great-grandchildren.
He is also survived by his nephews: Eugene Mullins and his fiancee Madonna Ross; Gregory Belcher and wife Madonna Ross; Gregory Belcher and wife Mary Ann Campbell Belcher; Tommy Collier; Justin Collier; and by his nieces: Shurella Mullins and fiancee French Holbrook, Della Sturgill and husband Ernie Sturgill, and Jennifer Lanthorn.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Ruth Daryl Mullins; his father, Floyd Dempsey Mullins Sr.; his mother, Ruth Johnson Mullins; his brothers, Avery Mullins, Clinton Dale Mullins, and Budrick Bias; his sister Patsy Collier and her husband Tim Collier; his grandson, Hank Sergent; and his nephew, Steven Collier.
Bobby's love for his family, his joyful spirit, and his appreciation for life's simple pleasures will be remembered and cherished by all who knew him. His presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends forever.
