Rocky Marciano Bailey, 66 of Morristown, TN, passed away Thursday, September 2, 2021 at his residence. Rocky was born on February 21, 1955 at Isom, Ky. to the late Vernon and Oma Bailey. Surviving is his wife of 46 years: Brenda Carol (Slone) Bailey. 2 daughters: Christy and Wayne Sexton of Morristown, Tennessee and Oma (Casey) and Herb Stacy of Isom; 1 son: rocky Jason Bailey of Bristol, Tennessee; grandchildren: Cassidy (Dalton) Fields, Caleb Sexton, Caelynn Jace Bailey, Kenzie Mae Bailey, Corbin Gage Bailey, Connor Blake Adams, Chloe Brook Adams, Bela Ann Sexton, Alexander Sexton, Ellie Beth Sexton, Taylor Danielle Hodge, Caleigh Stacy, and Ryleigh Stacy; great grandchild: Carter Reed Fields; sisters: Verna K. Combs of Isom, Brenda Adams of Jackson County, Shirley and Daniel Cook of Isom, Ivealue Collins of Isom, Kathy Adams of Whitesburg, and Alisha and Ronnie Brock of Mayking; brothers: Ricky and Sandy Bailey of Premium, Craig and Marquita Bailey of Isom, David and Renee Bailey, and Josh and April Bailey of Isom along with a host of nieces, nephews to mourn his passing. Rocky was preceded in death by 1 brother: Andy Bailey. Visitation: 6:00 P.M.- 9:00 P.M. Saturday, September 4, 2021 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at the Bailey Cemetery at Isom, Kentucky. The family asks that masks be worn and to practice social distancing.
