Roy Lee Mullins, 71, of Blackey passed away Saturday, June 1, 2024 at his residence. Roy is the son of the late Roy Mullins and Lula Johnson Mullins Breeding. Surviving are 5 brothers: Price Kenneth Mullins of Dry Fork; Charlie (Debbie) Mullins of Louisville; Rayen Joe Mullins of Winchester; Woodford Mullins of Manchester; William Ray Mullins of Dry Fork; 4 sisters: Thelma Ratliff of Lexington; LouAda Rogers of Blackey; Dorothy (Jeff) Collins of Sandlick; Geneva (Grant) Williams of Hazard. Roy was preceded by the greatest stepdad ever Dennis Breeding; 1 brother: Kash Kelly: 2 sisters; Rosetta Back and Anna Sams ; Niece: Rebecca Ann Rogers; 3 nephews: Kaiden Barker, Jonathon Flynn, and Josh Williams. Great nephews; Cody Hargis, Jordan Hargis; Great niece; Kiera Mullins.
