Rural Watts Obituary

Rural V. Watts, 79 of Kingsport, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at his residence. Rural was the son of the late Squire and Goldie Watts. Surviving is 1 son: Dwight David Watts of Hebron, Kentucky and 1 daughter: Brandi Michelle Watts of Nicholasville, Kentucky; 3 sisters: Ivory Faye Watts, Georgia B. Watts, and Alene Blair all of Hallie; 2 grandchildren: Shelby Lee Watts and Jessica LeAnn Watts. Rural was preceded in death by 1 brother: Clarence Watts; 1 sister: Lula Watts Ford. Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at the Cedar Grove Old Regular Baptist Church with Ministers of the Church officiating. Visitation: 12:00 Noon Tuesday at the Cedar Grove Old Regular Baptist Church. Burial will be 1:00 O'clock P.M. Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at the Northern Kentucky Veterans Center at Williamstown, Kentucky.
