Ruth Ingram Frazier went to her heavenly home on Sunday, August 10, 2025. She was born on April 18, 1926 being 99 years, 3 months and 23 days of age at the time of her passing. She was the daughter of the late Anderson and Flora Frazier Ingram. She married the love of her life, Atlas Frazier, on July 5, 1944. She joined the Defeated Creek Old Regular Baptist Church and was baptized August 1972. She was a loyal and faithful member and loved her church and church family. She is survived by 4 daughters; Sharon Banks of Irvine, KY., Brenda (Gee) Combs of Kings Creek, Ky., Cilla (Roger) Fields of Linefork, KY. and Connie (Don) Hogg of Kings Creek, Ky.; 1 brother: Anderson Jay (Roberta) Ingram of Columbus, IN.; a daughter-in-law: Sue Frazier of Linefork, KY.; 11 grandchildren: Dewayne, Tim, Kevin, Angie, Andrea, Tina, Leslie, Roberta, Brian, Katie and Ashley; 20 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild along with a host of nieces, nephews and family and friends to mourn her passing. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Atlas Frazier; 1 son: Robert Frazier, 1 daughter: Wanda Webb; son-in-law: Andrew Banks; 1 granddaughter: Alicia Combs; 1 grandson: Michael Hogg; 2 brothers: Melvin Ingram and Manuel Ingram; 1 sister: Freeda Ratliff. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel from 6:00 P.M. until 10:00 P.M. and service starts at 7:00 P.M. Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Wednesday, August 13, 2025 at the Defeated Creek Old Regular Baptist Church with Roger Fields, Elwood Cornett, Don Pratt, Jim Fields and Old Regular Baptist Ministers. Burial will follow in the Frazier Cemetery at Linefork, Kentucky. The family requests in lieu of flowers to donate to the Defeated Creek Old Regular Baptist Church.
