Ruth Whitaker Obituary

Ruth Whitaker, 77 of Jeremiah, passed away Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at her residence. Ruth was the daughter of the late willie and Katie Whitaker. Surviving is 2 nephews: Paul (Marie) Rittenhouse of Jeremiah and Pat (Susie) Rittenhouse of Florida; great nieces and nephews: Karen Amburgey, Sam Rittenhouse and Kayla Kiser; great great nieces and nephews: Braxton and Landon. Ruth was preceded in death by 3 sisters: Doris Rittenhouse, Phyllis Whitaker, and Rosie Owens. Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Friday, July 9, 2021 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Allen Meyers officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Thursday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Whitaker Cemetery at Jeremiah, Kentucky.
