Sandy Brown

Sandy Brown, 59 of Little Colley, passed away Sunday, December 21, 2025 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. Sandy was the daughter of the late Otis D. and Louise Hall Brown. Surviving is her husband: James Pelfrey; 1 son: Logan Pelfrey; 2 brothers: Donald R. (Tonya) Brown of Sandlick and Jerry Brown; 2 sisters: Genola (Doug Franklin) Brown of Little Colley and Shelia "Trudy" (Lance) Breeding of Premium; nieces: Wendy (Ryan) Smith, Amanda Brown, Kayse Franklin, Heidi and Kimber. 3 special nephews: Andy Brown, Jaden Brown, Memphis Brown and nephew: Hudson; 2 great nieces: Bristol and Bailee. Sandy was preceded in death by her grandparents: Otis and Aggie Brown. Funeral: 11:00 O'clock A.M. Wednesday, December 24, 2025 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Brown Family Cemetery at Sandlick, Kentucky.
