Shana Luladean Ratliff

Shana Luladean Ratliff, 39 of Jeremiah, passed away Thursday, June 5, 2025, at the Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. Shana was the daughter of Debbie Kay Combs Caudill and the late Richard Ratliff. Surviving other than her mother is her step father: Randall Caudill; 2 daughters: Mckynli Faith Blair of Viper and Lillyania Mullins of Blackey; 5 brothers: Brian Adkins of Isom, Steven (Keela) Ratliff of Campbranch, Shaun (Codi) Ratliff of Blackey, Sam (Britney) Fraley of Mt. Sterling, and Justin (Nikki) Caudill of Lexington; 2 sisters: Jeniffer (Chris) Hockenberry of Totz and Regina (Weezer) Caudill of Jeremiah; nieces and nephews: Kevin Adkins, Davin Ratliff, Luke Fraley, Levi Fraley, Erica Meade Brown, Adrianna Hockenberry, Baleigh Ratliff, and Chloe Ratliff along with a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 O'clock noon on Monday, June 9, 2025, at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Charlie Ratliff Cemetery at Kingscreek, Kentucky. Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M. Sunday, June 8, 2025, at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.
