Sharon Lee Eldridge Cornett, 62 of Colson, passed away Sunday, August 29, 2021 at her residence. Sharon was the daughter of the late Willis and Shirley Jean Ramey Meade. Surviving is her husband: Daniel Cornett; 1 daughter: Jessica Eldridge of Turkey Creek; 3 sisters: Burlene Hall of Richmond, Diane Meade of Mayking, and Brenda Riddell of Jenkins; 4 grandchildren: Braxton Longstreath, Jordan Longstreath, Ashton Longstreath, and Kaitlynn Longstreath along with a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews to mourn her passing. Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Glen Gross officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Meade Cemetery at Deane, Kentucky.
