Sheila Stallard, 59, of Whitesburg passed away Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. Sheila was the daughter of the late Clarence and Dorothy Davis. Surviving are 2 daughters: Tiffany Stallard Brown of Cowan and Tabitha Holbrook of IN; 1 brother: Jimmy Davis of Lexington; 1 sister: Dorothy Dawhare of Lexington; 5 grandchildren. Sheila was preceded in death by 2 sons: Ralph Brandon Stallard and Jamie Leon Stallard. Funeral: 11:00 AM Saturday, August 11, 2018 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Frank Adams officiating. Visitation: 6:00 PM Friday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Stallard Family Cemetery at Crafts Colley.
