Shelia Griffie Taylor, 72 of Little Colley, passed away Sunday, January 18, 2026 at the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. Shelia was the daughter of the late Curtis and Mabel Gibson Combs. Surviving is 1 son: Jason (Megan) Griffie of Isom; 1 brother: Michael (Shirley) Combs of Isom; 2 sisters: Linda Rose Day of Ohio and Vickie Brashear of Isom; 2 grandchildren: McKenzie L. Griffie and Autumn O. Griffie; 1 great grandchild on the way. Shelia was preceded in death by 1 daughter: Melody Kelley and 2 brothers Ronnie W. Combs and Milton Combs. Funeral: 11:00 O'clock A.M. Friday, January 23, 2026 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Tony Brown officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. Thursday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Harrison Gibson Cemetery at Isom, Kentucky.
