Stephanie Rae Brashears

Stephanie Rae Brashears, 64 of Cowan, passed away Wednesday, July 1, 2026, in Vicco, Kentucky. Stephanie was the daughter of the late Ray and Collen Fern Addington Brashears. Surviving is 3 step sons: Cecil Aberum (Gina) Wright of Newport Tennessee and Patrick Jeremy Wright of Newport Tennessee; Robbie Sergent of Powell County 1 brother: Samuel Ray (Mary Francis) Brashears; nieces and nephews: Christopher Chad (Shuna) Rucker, Samuel Lucas (Tori Bates) Brashears of Bristol Tennessee; Sarah Liane Brashears of Massachusetts. along with a host of grandchildren and other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. Memorial service will be held Saturday, July 18, 2026 at 12:00 P.M. at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Johnnie Banks officiating. Visitation will begin at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 18, 2026 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.
