Tammy Frances Adams

Tammy Frances Adams of Jeremiah, passed away on Saturday, September 2, 2023, at the Norton Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. Tammy was born October 27, 1959, into the home of Ellis and Ila Adams, where she joined her three brothers: Craig, Jerry, and Scott. She was preceded in death by her parents: Ellis and Ila; brother: Craig; the love of her life: Howard Adams Jr. She is survived by her brothers: Jerry (Bonita) and Scott (Lisa); nieces: Liberty, Lyndci, Chelsie (Michael), Kodie, Sadie, Kenzie, Makayla, and Kynna; nephews: Noah (Lindsey), Braiden, and Memphis. Like her parents: Ellis and Ila, and her grandparents: Steve and Cindy, Tammy joined the Blair Branch Church. She came forward at the Mt. Olivet Church on the first Saturday night in May 1979, and was baptized at the Blair Branch Church on the third Sunday in May 1979. Tammy also attended and enjoyed fellowship at the Goodnews Gospel Church. Tammy enjoyed attending homemakers, and spending time with all the ladies at their meetings. She created many intricate cross stitch and crocheted items throughout her life. Although she had no children of her own, she loved all her nieces and nephews, and kept up with their comings and goings. She also enjoyed connecting with her Adams and Whitaker Cousins on Facebook. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 9th at 11:00 A.M. with visitation at 10:00 A.M. at the Blair Branch Old Regular Baptist Church in Jeremiah. She will be buried alongside her parents at the Adams Cemetery on Blair Branch.
