Thomas Lee Blair

Thomas Lee Blair, 37 of Cowan, passed away Friday, July 11, 2025 at his residence. Thomas was the son of Donna Sue Blair of Cowan and the late Billy Blair. Surviving other than his mother is 1 sister: Christie Blair (Shane Mullins) of Burdine; 1 uncle: Rick (Bonnie) Blair of Ermine; nieces: Lydia Mullins and Layne Mullins; nephew: Levi Mullins along with a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. Thomas was preceded in death by a niece: Londyn. Funeral: 12:00 O'clock P.M. Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Bill Craft and Orville Sloan officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Monday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at the Blair Cemetery at Cowan, Kentucky.
