Timothy Dean Halcomb, 60 of Whitesburg, passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Timothy was the son of Ethel Meade Halcomb and the late Rufus Halcomb. Surviving is his wife: Lisa Polly Halcomb; 1 daughter: Victoria (Michael) Watts; 1 grandchild: Ruby Watts. Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Thursday, June 18, 2020 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Tony Brown officiating. Visitation: 12:00 Noon Thursday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.
