Timothy Wayne Maggard

Timothy Wayne Maggard, 58 of Whitesburg, passed away Monday, June 22, 2026 at his residence. Timothy was the son of Annalea Maggard of Whitesburg and the late Sidney O'Neill Maggard. Surviving other than his mother is his wife: Kristie Maggard; 2 daughters: Heather (Todd) Whitson of Hazard and Jazmine Maggard of New Market, Tennessee; 2 stepsons: Colton Bowan and Dillon Neace; 1 sister: Vickie Standifer of Whitesburg; 1 brother: David Maggard of Whitesburg; 4 grandchildren: Aubrey Whitson, Madison Whitson, Raylee Whitson and River Neace. Funeral: 11:00 O'clock A.M. Friday, June 26, 2026 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with John Conn officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Thursday at the Letcher Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in the Family Cemetery at Whitesburg, Kentucky.
