Surviving is 2 brothers: Larry (Sabrina Collins) Smith of Haymond and Ricky (Barbara) Smith of Neon. Tommy was preceded in death by 1 brother: Gary Charles Smith. Due to COVID-19 restrictions Private Funeral Services will be held.
