Tommy is the son of Delores Rose Phillips and the late Tommy Phillips Sr. Surviving other than his mother is his wife: Kellie Lynn Knapp Phillips; 3 Sons: Tommy Nathaniel Phillips III of Morganton North Carolina, Chad Macjarrett of Morganton North Carolina, Brandon Gallagher of Morganton North Carolina; 1 Daughter: Brandy Gallagher of Morganton North Carolina; 1 Brother: Chris Lee Phillips of Jenkins; 1 Sister: Sadie Rodriguez of Whitesburg; 2 Grandchildren: Henry Smith and Jasper Jones. Funeral 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Rocky Craft officiating. Visitation 6:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial: 3:00 O'clock P.M. Wednesday at the Family Cemetery at Bill Moore Branch.
