Van O'Neal Webb Jr., 69 of Ermine, passed away Saturday, February 28, 2026 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard, Kentucky. Van was the son of the late Van O'Neal Sr. and Betty Jo Goodman Webb. Surviving is his wife: Teresa Webb; 1 daughter: Heather Howard (Jason) of Middlesboro; 1 son: Josh Webb (Krysta) of Opelousas, Louisiana; 1 brother: Jimmy Bert Webb (Dana) of Florence, Alabama; 1 sister: Pam Pratt (Erbie) of Ermine; 5 grandchildren: Kayla (Caleb), Gracie (Parker), Jonavon (Valerie), Jathan (Baylee) and Kylie (Ian); 3 great grandchildren: Jasper, Juliana and Millie. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
