Vickie Lynn Baker, 49 of Whitesburg, passed away Sunday, April 11, 2021 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard, Kentucky. Vickie was the daughter of Janice Robertson Baker of Whitesburg. Surviving other than her mother is 1 brother: James A. (Karolina) Baker of Nicholasville; 3 sisters: Patricia (Johnny) Rose of Millstone, Katherine Woods of Kingsport, Tennessee, and Kristy (Greg) Cowart of Tunnel Hill, Georgia; nieces and nephews: Victoria Deal, Amelia Deal, Jasmine Deal, and Daylan Cowart. Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at the Millstone Missionary Baptist Church. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Monday at the Millstone Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Baker- Rose Cemetery at Millstone, Kentucky.
