William Eugene "Patches" Salyers, 54 of Jenkins, passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at the University of Kentucky Health Center in Lexington, Kentucky. William was the son of Mitchell and Ruby Blair Salyers of Jenkins. Surviving other than his parents is 1 daughter: Kimberley Salyers Kincer and husband Matthew of Jenkins; 1 brother: Joseph Salyers of Jenkins; 4 grandchildren: Nataleigh Polly, Preston Salyers,  Addison Kincer and Owen Kincer.  Service: 7:00 P.M. Thursday, March 27, 2025 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Frank Holbrook officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Thursday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside Service: 12:00 O'clock Noon, Friday, March 28, 2025 at the Sam Bentley Cemetery at Jenkins, Kentucky.
