Willie Edward Cornett

Willie Edward Cornett, 53 of Sandlick, passed away Friday, September 5, 2025 at his residence.

Willie was the son of the late Junior and Belle Cornett.

Surviving is his wife of 25 years: Melinda Cornett; 1 brother: James Cornett (Vicki); 1 sister: Judy Cornett (Will) along with a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends to mourn his passing.

Willie was preceded in death by 1 sister: Pearlene Burke; father and mother-in-law: Doyle and Shelia Ritchie; sister-in-law: Jeanette Ritchie; brother-in-law: Ricky Collins.

Service: 3:00 O'clock P.M. Sunday, October 12, 2025 at the Cornett Cemetery 81 Cornett Bottom Hazard, KY
